The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 02.03.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-923-2016.

In compliance of the order dated 02.03.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-923-2016, additional affidavit dated 24.02.2025 of Mahender Singh, Principal (DDO), Government College for Women, Mahendergarh (Haryana), along with Annexures R-1 to R-8, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in the Registry. The same is taken on record.
