(ORAL) Petition was filed in the year 1999, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order date 22.03.1999 (Annexure P-4) vide which services of the petitioner were de-regularized. Further prayer has been made to direct the respondents to regularize her services on the post of 'SafaiKaramchari'/'Sweeper'.

Petition was admitted on 30.07.1999 and operation of impugned order dated 22.03.1999 (Annexure P-4) was stayed.

When called out for hearing, learned counsel is unable to assist the Court for lack of instructions. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite attempts, his office could not contact the petitioner. 4.

It appears that during the long interregnum, by virtue of stay order, petitioner has rendered his full length of service and superannuated. 5.
