This petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to respondents No.2 to 5 by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul vide order dated 15.02.2020 in FIR No.11 dated 10.01.2020, registered under Sections 323, 341, 379A, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Ateli Mandi, District Mohindergarh.

Learned counsel contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such on account of fact that respondents No.2 to 4 have been convicted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 13.07.2023.
