RA-CW-92-2025 -23.

Learned counsel for the respondents No.2 and 3 expressed his inability to controvert that by aforesaid judgment dated 22.01.2025, it has been held that petitioners shall be entitled to arrears from the date of filing petition. The case of applicant is covered by said judgment. However, he opposes prayer of the applicant.

4.

In the wake of reasons set out in the application and submissions of both sides, this Court finds it appropriate to modify order dated 17.01.2025 to the extent that applicant was denied arrears. Henceforth the words and expressions "It is made clear that if he is found eligible for regularization as per Police of 2011, he shall not be entitled to arrears." used in paragraph No.5 of order dated 17.01.2025 be read as "The petitioner shall be entitled to arrears from the date of filing petition before this Court if he is found eligible for regularization as per Policy of 2011. The arrears shall not carry interest." 5.

Disposed of in above terms.

6.

Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of. (JAGMOHAN BANSAL) JUDGE November 07, 2025 Deepak DPA Whether Speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether Reportable Yes/No DEEPAK BISSYAN 2025.11.07 17:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
