The present contempt petition has been filed alleging deliberate and intentional disobedience of the order dated 24.12.2025 passed in CWP-328132025, whereby the respondents were directed to allow the petitioner to join the service on his respective posts, as vacancies are laying vacant in the department. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that, in compliance with the order dated 24.12.2025, order dated 18.03.2026 has been passed by the Dr. Rajesh Vats, IFS, Deputy Conservator of Forests, Bhiwani, and a copy of the said order has been produced, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of order dated 18.03.2026 shows that order dated 24.12.2025 passed in CWP-32813-2025 has been complied with. 4.

In view of the above, the contempt stands purged and the rule is discharged.

Needless to say that liberty is however granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 18.03.2026 in accordance with law. 6.
