BEDI, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the State case and the cross-version in the shape of private complaint arising out of the same incident is required to be decided simultaneously by the same Court. It appears that in this context no application has been made before the Court concerned or before the Sessions Court. The petitioner appears to have rushed to the High Court for the relief.

This petition is disposed of as pre-mature with liberty to the petitioner to approach any of the above said Courts having jurisdiction in accordance with law to claim the relief sought for in the present petition.
