The learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner has submitted that on 29.6.2020 since another list in respect of the candidates, whose result has been withheld earlier, has been uploaded on the website and the name of applicant/petitioner figures in the rejection list, the applicant/petitioner intents to challenge the said rejection by way of filing a fresh petition. ( 2 ) CM-8226-CWP-2020 in/and CWP-5835-2020 (O&M) prayer has thus been made by way of filing the present application for withdrawal of the instant petition i.e.CWP-5835 of 2020, which is presently fixed for 21.9.2020.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the main case which is fixed for 21.9.2020 is preponed and is taken on board today.
