Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.264 dated 15.07.2021 registered under Sections 420, 120-B IPC and Section 13 of the Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014, at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). On instructions from ASI Om Parkash, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 06.04.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. In view of above, order dated 06.04.2022 passed by this RAVINDER SINGH 2022.08.26 14:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
