******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 186 dated 19.11.2015 registered for offence punishable under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and 482/411 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kartarpur, Jalandhar. Heard.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 12.02.2017 and was allowed interim bail under order dated 19.01.2017 passed by this Court. Non-bailable warrants of petitioner were issued by the trial Court as he had not appeared in Court on 19.09.2016. As the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and order dated 19.01.2017 is made absolute on his furnishing an undertaking that he will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date and will abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 437 Cr.P.C.
