(Oral) This is first petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.unknown dated 03.03.2021 registered under Sections 406/418/420/422/120B IPC at DLF Phase III, Police Station Gurugram. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has co-operated with the inquiry and has submitted that since till date, there is no FIR registered against the petitioner with respect to the aforesaid offences, thus, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition for anticipatory bail in case an FIR is registered.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
