**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.134 dated 02.12.2015, registered at Police Station Women Cell Patiala, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed that while granting the regular bail to son of the petitioner on 12.04.2016 it has been observed by the learned trial Court that necessary recoveries have been effected from him. Today, son of the petitioner is present in Court and he has offered a sum of `1,50,000/- to the complainant for final settlement, Naresh Kumar 2016.10.03 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh which is not acceptable to the complainant.

CRM-M-1645-2016 -2At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from investigation officer, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 18.01.2016 of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and her custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 18.01.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
