After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the concerned court and seek regular bail.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. In case petitioners surrender before the trial court within a week from today and apply for regular bail, their plea shall be decided within three days thereafter.
