(ORAL) Counsel for the State has placed on record communication issued by the Project Manager of the Agency who has undertaken the process of recruitment and as per the same the petitioner will be considered under Wards of Police Personnel category for further recruitment process. In view of the above statement made by State Counsel, Mr. Rana submits that nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same has been rendered infructuous.
