(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.56 dated 07.04.2015 registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC at Police Station Gobindgarh Mandi, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On 27.05.2015 in the event of arrest, petitioner was directed to be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR. On instructions from the Investigating Officer, learned State counsel informs that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.
