This petition, under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is for transfer of Civil Suit No. 956 of 2019, titled as "Jagsir Kumar v. Pushpinder Kumari", from the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ferozepur, to a Court of competent jurisdiction at Jaitu Subdivision in Faridkot Sessions Division. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the learned Trial Court, at an appropriate stage.
