On 25.03.2021 the following order was passed : 'Taken up through physical hearing.
Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, states that he does not press the present petition on merits, However, he states that the petitioners are running a school in the demised premises for the last one year and due to Covid-19 Pandemic the institute has been closed and tuition fee of the students has not been received. He further states that in case the matter is sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, some amicable solution may be found.

Today learned counsel for the petitioners states that no compromise has been arrived at between the parties in furtherance of the order dated 25.03.2021.
