Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0108 dated 02.08.2025 under Sections 22(C) of NDPS Act (offence under Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on), registered at Police Station Barara, District Ambala.
