(ORAL) The petitioner, through the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is seeking directions to official respondents to conduct fair proper investigation and take appropriate legal action against respondents No. 5 to 8 for illegally and forcibly trespassing into house of the petitioner and outraging her modesty.
Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that petitioner made representation dated 26.08.2022 (Annexure P-1) and 20.09.2022 (Annexure P-4) to police authorities but no action has been taken.
