The petitioner has sought permanent exemption from her personal appearance in case bearing FIR No.43 dated 12.05.2015 registered at Police Station Dina Nagar, District Gurdaspur, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurdaspur. Petitioner has put forth certain pleas while seeking the above relief.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the trial Court and raise all the pleas available to her before the trial Court while seeking this relief.
