(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is made under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent no. 1 to protect life and liberty of the petitioner from respondents no. 3 to 6. Sh. Mandeep Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Shahkot, District Jalandhar is present in deference to the order dated 09.04.2015.

Learned State counsel has filed the response by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police and separate reply on behalf of respondents no. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that as per reply, the petitioner is not being called at the police station. The last FIR registered against the petitioner was in the year 2013 and there after no FIR was registered.
