The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.79 dated 05.05.2021 under Section 51 (B) of Disaster Management Act, 2005 and Sections 427, 506 and 188 of Indian Penal Code (Section 380 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station City Fazilka, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1).

Vide order dated 15.12.2023, this Court while granting the concession of anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

In view of above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 15.12.2023 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
