CORAM:
HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN
Present:
Mr. J.K. Singla, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The present revision petition has been filed for a direction to the Trial Court to decide the matter expeditiously. It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit was filed in the year 2017 and since then, the Trial Court has not decided the injunction application nor any issue has been framed. It has also been contended that an application for amendment of the plaint was also filed by the plaintiff-petitioner which is also pending since more than one and a half years. In view thereof, the Trial Court be directed to decide the matter expeditiously.
Since the prayer made is totally innocuous, hence, I do not deem it necessary to issue notice of motion and call upon the other side. In view of the facts of the present case, the present revision petition is disposed off with a request to the Trial Court to try and decide the application under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2, as well as the application under
