In the present petition, the claim of the petitioner is for the grant of pay-scale/emoluments of the higher post of Section Officer, on which post, the petitioner is working since long.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State on the other hand submits that the similar issue came up for consideration before the coordinate Bench of this Court and a large number of writ petitions involving the same issue have already been dismissed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing common order in CWP No. 12807 of 2020 and connected cases titled as 'Anil Kumar and another v. State of Haryana and others' decided on 01.09.2020. Copy of the said judgment has been appended as Annexure R-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to dispute the fact that the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing the order in Anil Kumar's case (supra).

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case where the question of law raised in the present petition has already been answered by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court while passing order in Anil Kumar's case (supra), hence, the present petition is also dismissed in same terms and conditions as held in Anil Kumar's case (supra). 6.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
