The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.1001 dated 15.12.2013 registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Himmat Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that in the present case the FIR has been lodged by complainant against the present petitioner and others regarding HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2015.09.22 16:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-15528 of 2015 [2] cheating by the `Tantrik' etc. The petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. in this case. She has already appeared before the trial Court and has been released on bail in view of the interim order dated 19.5.2015.

The petitioner is neither required for investigation or interrogation purposes nor anything is to be recovered from her. No useful purpose will be served by sending her to custody. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case; without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I find merit in this petition and the same is allowed. The interim order dated 19.5.2015 passed by this Court granting interim relief to the petitioner is made absolute. September 21, 2015.
