(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the tender summary reports (Annexures P-2 to P-8), whereby its tender application was rejected by the respondent-authorities on the ground of nonsubmission of the requisite documents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar writ petition being CWP-5552-2022 has been disposed of by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 21.03.2022 requiring the respondent-authorities to consider and decide its legal notice/representation dated 23.12.2021. He further submits that the present writ petition being identical to CWP-5552-2022, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to pursue its legal notice/representation dated 23.12.2021 (Annexure P-9) with the respondent-authorities in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court on 21.03.2022.

Mr. Avinit Avasthi, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab has no objection to the same.

In the circumstances, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
