Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly conceded that the could not lay his hands on any such judgment in support of his contentions. Present petition is for quashing of order dated 17.3.2017 whereby the petitioner was directed to deposit 25% of the compensation amount in dispute. There is absolutely nothing wrong in passing such an order by the learned Appellate Court, present petition is without any merits and the same stands dismissed.
