**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to conclude the investigation in FIR No.01 dated 08.01.2023 under Sections 323, 324 and 34 IPC (326 IPC added later) within a reasonable time.

Upon instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh, Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Sr. D.A.G. Punjab submits that the investigation is in progress and the same shall be concluded at the earliest. Learned State counsel further submits that as per the Investigating Agency, the final report in the aforementioned FIR shall be submitted before Illaqa Magistrate within a period of two months from today. Disposed of accordingly.
