RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) In compliance of order dated 29.01.2019, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced receipts of `15,000/-. The same are taken on record.

Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.0084 dated 20.04.2017 registered under Section 336 IPC pertaining to Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 26.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.

Pursuant to order dated 29.11.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 20.12.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bathinda, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.57 dated RAVINDER SINGH 2019.03.06 12:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document 28.01.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge,

-2CRM-M-15603 of 2017 Bathinda, vide letter No.151 dated 29.01.2019. According to the above report, compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary, without any coercion and undue influence. No accused has been declared proclaimed offender. Therefore, in view of the above and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, FIR No.0084 dated 20.04.2017 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
