Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No.18 dated 11.1.2015 under Section 304, 177, 193, 194, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Rewari City, District Rewari. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.1.2015. Challan has already been presented in this case and charges have been framed against the accused. Although, initially FIR in question was registered at the instance of the petitioner but during investigation it transpired that the petitioner and his brother Sahil (deceased) and co-accused of the petitioner were clicking photographs and accidently the shot was fired from the pistol carried by co-accused Sanwal. Deceased is the brother of the petitioner. Petitioner is aged about 19 years.
