The petitioner is alleged to have provided food and shelter to the co-accused, as such, she has been involved in the case on the basis of a secret information in a case where Vishal, Sunil and Dinesh were allegedly found in possession of 2.145 kgs of opium. The petitioner has joined the investigation. It does not appear to be a case, where custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.
