HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner prays for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to protect his life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 14. It is stated that the petitioner made representation dated 24.02.2022 (P.4) to respondent Nos.2 & 3 wherein he has given details of the injuries inflicted by the private respondents on three different occasions but no action thereon has so far been taken.

Mr. B.S. Sewak, Addl.AG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of State of Punjab.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner, as raised by her in the application (P.4) and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
