CRM-M-10932 of 2019 -2submits that cancellation report is still under process and final report will be filed within four weeks.

The blame for non-filing of final report cannot be put on respondent no. 4. The police is taking time in submitting the final report and this cannot be a reason to cancel the bail allowed to respondent no. 4. This petition has no merit and the same is dismissed.
