Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19 for seeking quashing of FIR No. 511 dated 19.10.2021, under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code (Sections 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code added later on as per challan), registered at Police Station Maham, District Rohtak, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 13.02.2025 (P-3), entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No. 2, qua the petitioners. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel for the petitioners on instructions from petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
