(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.19 dated 04.03.2017 registered under Sections 454, 380, 120-B and 109 IPC at Police Station Bholath, District Kapurthala. Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 25.05.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and thereafter, he has been released on interim bail.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Inderpal Singh, has not disputed the factual position. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 25.05.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
