RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Jaswinder Singh @ Babbi in case FIR No.297 dated 19.12.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 506 IPC at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 23.04.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
