The instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash order dated 09.07.1998 (Annexure P-4) and order dated 18.02.1999 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition as the same has become infructuous.
