AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court by asserting that large number of fake votes in village Johalaka, Tehsil Sohna, District Gurugram, have been included in the voter list for the year 2021. Petitioner had been approaching the respondents with his grievance in this regard and various representations/complaints have been made. Counsel for the State informs the Court that the Sub Divisional Officer (C), Sohna, District Gurugram, is already seized of the matter. In this regard a communication dated 02.03.2021 has been received through mail by the Court, which is taken on record.

In the light of the above facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with directions to the District Election Officer-cum-Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram, Haryana, and the Sub Divisional Magistrate,

-2CWP-6817 of 2021 Sohna, Gurugram - respondents No.2 and 3, respectively - to consider the assertions of the petitioner and finalise the same within a period of six weeks from today.
