On the instructions of HC Kulwant Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. The co-accused of the petitioner, namely, Jagdish and Subhash have already been arrested. It does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation. The petitioner having joined the investigation, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 17.5.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. July 11 ,2016 ( M.M.S.BEDI ) TSM JUDGE
