(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 1, 1A and 2 for conducting fair and transparent investigation through some independent agency or by constituting Special Investigating Team (SIT) in FIR No. 25 dated 10.03.2015 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 323/324/ 452/149/148 IPC and also in cross-version entered as Rapat No. 19 dated 21.03.2015 at Police Station Ramdass, District Amritsar as the local police is hand in glove with the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FIR Annexure P-1 was registered against petitioner No. 1-Sucha Singh and his son and brother, namely; Karan Singh and Gopal Singh and investigation in the said FIR is still under progress.
