The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting side of order dated 09.10.1995 (Annexure P-4) whereby he was denied salary for the period from 01.05.1992 to 19.10.1995.

The petitioner was initially discharged from service and thereafter reinstated by Director General of Police, Haryana. He was subjected to punishment of stoppage of two increments with permanent effect. He was denied salary for the period from 01.05.1992 to 19.10.1995. 3.

There was no representation of the petitioner on 03.07.2024 and 26.07.2024. Even today, there is no representation of the petitioner. It appears with the efflux of time petitioner has lost his interest to pursue the matter.
