******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to take all the pleas raised herein before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The case pertains to the year 2002. The proceedings in the case have remained stayed because of interim order dated 13.08.2012. The trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the case preferably within one year from the date of this order.
