(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order/judgment rendered by this Court in the case of Harjinder Singh and another v. Land Acquisition Collector, Industries Department, Punjab and others (RFA No. 2697 of 1999, decided on 04.02.2009), vide which in the appeals arising out of the same acquisition, this Court had enhanced the compensation to Rs. 6,70,000/- per acre and consequently dismissed the appeals preferred by the Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Limited, this appeal too shall have to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.
