(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), 2023 for setting aside of order dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kaithal in CRA-27-2025 dated 17.01.2025 titled as "Ashok Kumar Vs. Rishi Pal" arising from complaint No.1277 of 2018 dated 10.10.2018 titled as Rishi Pal Vs. Asok Kumar vide which the petitioner is directed to deposit 20% of amount of compensation awarded by learned trial Court i.e. 20% of Rs.1,40,000/- within 60 days from the date of order.
          petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
