(ORAL) The connected writ petition i.e. CWP No.18759 of 1998 which was ordered to be listed with this case has been dismissed as not pressed as in that writ petition the petitioner has been appointed some where else. This writ petition was admitted on 24.8.1999 and more than 15 years have passed. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the repeated letters written to the petitioner, she has not responded. It appears that the petitioner might have also been appointed some where else. Accordingly, we dismiss this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same if cause of action still survives.
