Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to respondents No. 1 to 5 to take action in FIR No. 0238 dated 21.3.2015, under Section 365, 452, 323, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short), registered at Police Station Sadar, Hisar (Annexure P-6).

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Sub Inspector Kulbir Singh, has submitted that after investigation of the case, cancellation report has been prepared and the same will be presented in the Court within 10 days from today. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no ground for further interference by this Court is called GURPREET SINGH 2015.09.19 14:47 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
