(ORAL) The appellants-plaintiffs had filed the suit for injunction against the respondents-defendants, which was decreed by the trial Court by holding them to be owners in possession. The lower Appellate Court reversed the finding qua ownership by keeping the issue of ownership open.

In view of such finding of the lower Appellate Court, nothing survives for consideration in the appeal and the same is accordingly dismissed.
