Learned State counsel, on the instructions of Assistant Sub Inspector Karambir Singh, Police Station Sadar Hansi states that the petitioner has already joined the investigation. He has handed over four stock registers of the relevant period. Nothing more is to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

In view of above, the present petition is hereby allowed and the order of interim anticipatory bail dated 19.2.2015 is hereby made absolute.
