Learned counsel for respondent No.8 states that the present revision petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main suit itself stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Even as per the E-Court Official Website of the District Courts, Panipat, the main civil suit being CS-706-2019 titled as Jawala Singh & Anr. Vs. Jasbir Singh & Ors. itself stands dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24.08.2020.

In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
