(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of a direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members at the hands of respondents No. 5 to 7, with a further direction to respondent No. 4 not to harass and humiliate the petitioners by calling them to the police station time and again and not to involve them in false criminal cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that FIR No. 65 dated 12.10.2011 under Sections 307/326/324/323/452/148/ 149 IPC at Police Station Kabbarwala District Sri Muktsar Sahib was registered against the petitioners but they were acquitted in the said case.
Now, it is submitted that the opposite faction has got posted respondent No. 4 as Incharge of Police Post Panni Wala Fatta, District Sri Muktsar Sahib and the petitioners have been called by respondent No. 4 quite RISHU KATARIA 2015.05.

On the asking of Court, Mr. Gazi Mohd., DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3. Let requisite number of copies of paper-book be supplied to learned State counsel during the course of day. In view of the nature of order that is proposed to be passed, no reply is required to be filed by the respondents. The petitioners have already filed a representation dated 28.04.2015 (Annexure P-1) in this regard before respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib.
The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Sri Muktsar Sahib to look into the representation dated 28.04.2015 (Annexure P-1) and if needed take appropriate steps in accordance with law. This order will have no bearing on the matters if the petitioners are wanted in connection with any FIR or some criminal action.
