Through instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Harman Singh @ Harmandeep Singh - in a case arising from FIR No.116 dated 27.10.2019 registered under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC, Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Ghuman, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

Learned counsel for complainant - Tejinder Singh @ Bablu - submits that he has no objection in grant of bail to the petitioner in view of compromise between the parties.
